We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Tele unit at Saint Vincent Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a talented group of healthcare professionals.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position that requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including days. As a Registered Nurse on our Medical Surgical Tele unit, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
To be considered for this role, you must have a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, but not required. You must also have effective interpersonal and communication skills and be able to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
