About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at Mr. Appliance. As a valued member of our team, you will provide excellent customer service and utilize your expertise to repair residential appliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Appliances: Use your technical skills to diagnose and repair a variety of residential appliances.
  • Provide Cost Estimates and Collect Payment: Effectively communicate with customers to provide cost estimates and collect payment using our state-of-the-art mobile app.
  • Ensure Efficient Use of Company Resources: Ensure the efficient use of company vehicles and equipment to maximize productivity.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Mobile App Proficiency: Ability to learn and effectively use our mobile app.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Physical Ability: Physically able to perform the job requirements, which may include lifting, stooping, reaching, and climbing.
