Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Event and Facilities Management Coordinator to become part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer and tenant requirements for conferences, events, and hospitality services.

• Deliver comprehensive communication to customers and tenants through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

• Develop plans, procure materials, and coordinate services for activities within the facility.

• Utilize customer service expertise to inform customers and tenants about planning options and policies that may influence their events.

• Collaborate with cafeteria service providers and caterers regarding daily operations and significant events.

• Oversee the scheduling and arrangement of rooms based on participant numbers.

• Additional responsibilities may include various other tasks essential for mission support at this facility.

This position requires full onsite presence. The selected candidate will be expected to work at our customer's facility.

This role necessitates a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship. A final Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph is mandatory prior to starting.

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are essential for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in planning, organizing, facilitating, and/or executing large-scale meetings and events.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• At least 3 years of experience in planning, organizing, facilitating, and/or executing large-scale meetings and events.

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience.

• Willingness and ability to learn computer applications crucial for facility and logistics management.

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate Level:
Education and experience typically obtained through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and generally 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mid-Level:
Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and generally 6 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Candidates must reside in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
