A Precision Laser Technician is responsible for ensuring that all components and molds are accurately aligned and configured according to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately position segments and both fixed and movable halves within the alignment setup.
- Utilize the Faro Laser to level both loose and fixed halves in the alignment apparatus.
- Adjust roll heights at the entry and exit points of the loose and fixed halves of all segments using the FARO Laser.
- Set roll heights for all rolls on segment cluster frames with the FARO Laser.
- Maintain and service Laser Alignment Equipment.
- Oversee and facilitate all maintenance tasks related to Faro Laser equipment and software.
- Store equipment securely and protectively.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure adherence to proper operational practices.
- Conduct equipment inspections.
- Execute any additional alignment tasks required using the FARO Laser.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience in Laser Alignment.
- Minimum of 2 years of mechanical expertise.
- Strong work ethic.
- Effective time management skills.
