Role Summary
The Precision Laser Alignment Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all components and molds are accurately aligned and machined to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure correct positioning of segments and both fixed and movable halves within the alignment setup.
- Utilize the Faro Laser to level both fixed and movable halves in the alignment setup.
- Adjust roll heights at the entry and exit points of all segments using the FARO Laser.
- Set roll heights for all rolls on segment cluster frames with the FARO Laser.
- Maintain and service Laser Alignment Equipment.
- Oversee and perform maintenance on Faro Laser equipment and its software.
- Safely store equipment to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure adherence to proper operational practices.
- Conduct equipment inspections.
- Execute any additional alignment tasks as required using the FARO Laser.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Laser Alignment.
- Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience.
- Strong work ethic.
- Effective time management skills.
