Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $30-$39 per hour for Licensed Veterinary Technicians, based on experience. Supervisory LVT roles come with a salary range of $40-$42 per hour.

In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, holidays, health, dental, vision, life insurance, referral programs, 401k, team member discounts, CE, personal health and wellness support platforms, uniform allowance, and more.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with various shift options available, including 12-hour night shifts and 12-hour day shifts. You will work closely with our experienced veterinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure the smooth operation of our hospital.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting veterinarians with medical procedures and exams
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Conducting laboratory tests and interpreting results
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A WA state Veterinary Technician License in good standing
  • Successful completion of the Veterinary Technician National Examination
