Process and manage incoming customer orders and quotations as provided by the sales team.
Review and compare current orders with past orders to ensure accuracy in packaging.
Engage directly with production facilities to confirm lead times and shipping schedules, including the transfer of goods between warehouses.
Facilitate the consolidation of materials through intercompany sales and warehouse transfers for efficient shipment.
Act as a liaison between sales representatives, customers, and production teams.
Utilize the quotation calculator to complete SORAF documentation.
Enter orders and modifications into the Process Pro system.
Inform production facilities of any changes to orders, including special requests.
Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange shipments or obtain freight quotes as necessary.
Prepare and manage export documentation.
Maintain accurate records in Process Pro and Sugar systems.
Review and approve all accounts payable related to export shipments.
Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable associated with exports.
Collaborate with the quality department and customers to resolve discrepancies, issuing debits or credits as required.
Oversee and approve monthly agent commissions.
Assist other office personnel during their absences as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic mathematical and clerical skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in managing customer interactions.
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
