Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for skilled technical support specialists to join our team at Karls Technology. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, network equipment, and mobile devices.
You will also instruct users in the use of personal computers and networks, assist in connecting new devices to clients' networks, and perform other related tasks.
Successful candidates will possess a current CompTIA A+ Certification or be able to attain it within 90 days from start date, have a valid driver's license, maintain a good driving record, and be willing to drive up to 100 miles per day.
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Instruct users in the use of personal computers and networks
- Assist in connecting new devices to clients' networks
Requirements:
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Able to lift products up to 50lbs
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexible schedule including Saturdays
