About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. The representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and effective solutions to their technical issues via email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with SAAS products and technical support experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
