Compensation:Starting pay for this role is $18.50 per hour for those with a valid Kansas CDL Class B with air brakes. *Salary may vary based on education, experience, or qualifications.
Benefits:- 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday).

Health Insurance Eligibility:

The Sanitation Leadperson will:
- Operate collection trucks along designated routes, ensuring safety and compliance with traffic laws.
- Collect waste, yard debris, and recyclables from specified locations.
- Unload waste at designated facilities.
- Maintain awareness of safe handling practices for all equipment and supplies.
- Engage with the public in a courteous and professional manner.
Experience: Previous experience in waste management or truck driving is preferred.
Certifications: Must possess a valid Kansas Driver's License and a Class B CDL.
