PrideStaff - Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at PrideStaff. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer complaints and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Research information using multiple resources and route calls to the appropriate resource
  • Provide customers with product and service information and resolve customer concerns and complaints
  • Enter customer information in the system and identify and escalate priority issues
  • Complete call logs and produce call reports
  • Provide follow-up customer calls when necessary
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
