Job Summary

Traffic Plan is seeking a highly skilled Traffic Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement of traffic through construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control the movement of vehicular traffic through construction sites.
  • Distribute traffic control signs and markers along the site in a designated pattern.
  • Use sign, hand, and flag signals to control traffic through the site.
  • Warn construction workers when approaching vehicles fail to heed signals to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Inform drivers of detour routes through construction sites.
  • Operate company trucks as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable vehicle.
  • Able to pass a drug test.
  • Comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day in any kind of weather.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
