**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in the Columbus Region. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key store individuals, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

\u2022 Carry out in-store visits to ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained.

\u2022 Ensure Sales Representatives negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondel\u00e9z management team.

\u2022 Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

\u2022 Represent Mondel\u00e9z International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and the construction of promotional displays.

\u2022 Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

\u2022 Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

**Requirements**

\u2022 Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver\u2019s license.

\u2022 High School Diploma or GED required.

\u2022 College degree preferred.

\u2022 Live within 50 miles range from the primary location - Dayton OH.

\u2022 Schedule availability required.

\u2022 Must be open to relocation, outside of region, and outside of state, as necessary.

\u2022 Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing & pulling over.

\u2022 Ability to identify opportunities to use promotional and merchandising techniques to develop and support customer relations; as well as creativity to generate ideas and solutions that capitalize on opportunities to benefit customers and Mondel\u00e9z International.

\u2022 Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
