Trek Bicycle is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Trek Store Dublin. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and helping customers achieve their cycling goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Developing your sales and hospitality skills through training and on-the-job experience
* Achieving individual monthly and annual sales targets
* Learning about bikes, components, apparel, and technology
* Participating in daily huddles and debriefs
* Using our Guide Sales Process to provide customers with incredible hospitality
* Following through on Quotes and Lead List communications
* Making decisions regarding the care of-and doing the right thing for-our customers
* Maintaining Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

* Complete Daily Task List assignments
* Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to visual merchandising standards
* Complete weekly Cycle Counts
* Assemble, or pre-assemble, new bicycles
* Prep customer bikes for service by our Service or Production Technicians
