Job Opportunity

InfraHire is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Lawyer to join our team in Portland, OR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on administrative and regulatory matters in industries such as energy, telecommunications, environmental, and other regulated sectors.
  • Represent clients before federal and state agencies, regulatory bodies, and in administrative hearings.
  • Advise clients on compliance with regulations, licensing, and policy implementation.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including regulatory filings, contracts, and agreements.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations affecting client industries and provide strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the regulatory aspects of client projects.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research, analysis, and prepare memoranda to guide client decision-making.
  • Handle litigation related to administrative appeals and other regulatory disputes.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in administrative or regulatory law, regulated industries, or equivalent judicial clerkship experience.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state administrative procedures, regulatory frameworks, and compliance matters.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies, government bodies, or in-house in a regulated industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
