About the location:

Experience the breathtaking beauty of nature at our resort, where pristine beaches meet stunning volcanic landscapes. Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is ideally located for a variety of island adventures, with the essence of Hawaii reflected in every aspect of our serene retreat.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a designated number of occupied rooms to service during your shift, ensuring the removal of used towels and their replacement with fresh linens from the supply area. Coordinate the collection of Room Service trays and dishes. Adjust room ambiance by closing louvers and dimming lights, while providing ice and refreshing beverages. Replenish used amenities, including toiletries, lotions, stationery, and writing instruments. Prepare unoccupied rooms for the arrival of guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Deliver a second round of housekeeping services during evening hours, which includes refreshing towels and amenities, cleaning bathrooms, emptying waste bins, remaking beds as necessary, and preparing rooms for a comfortable night’s rest. Additional tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States. A High School Diploma is preferred. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential, along with familiarity with mobile devices or similar technology. Availability to work on weekends is required.
