Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Client Acquisition Specialist to promote Vanguard's products and services to Bank Private Wealth Clients. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

As a Senior Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales and sales activity goals as set by the sales leadership team and driving new business within a channel or territory.

You will ask open questions to prospects and clients, identify related investment and service needs, and deliver key messages through targeted prospecting activities. You will also conduct advanced needs analysis of client's financial circumstances to best position products and services that Vanguard offers based on information shared by the client.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and sales activity goals as set by sales leadership team and drive new business within a channel or territory.
  • Partner with other departments as necessary to move clients to the next stage of the sales process.
  • Develop and execute business plans to generate assets and close new business within the channel or territory.
Requirements
  • Five years related work experience, relationship or account management experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC).
