About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a Senior Quality Assurance Lead will include:

  • Leading a team of Quality Assurance specialists in the oversight of supply chain operations.
  • Collaborating with internal quality organizations to standardize policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a high-caliber team through performance management, succession planning, talent management, recruiting, staffing, and training development processes.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or an equivalent technical field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
  • Advanced knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EU guidance related to biologics or advanced therapies.
