We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Field Services team at Stellar Energy Americas Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of small to medium complex projects from inception to conclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute project execution plans, ensuring timely delivery of client projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring optimal utilization of company assets.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or management-related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project and/or construction management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and enterprise resource planning.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Master's degree in construction, engineering, or management-related discipline.
- 5 years of experience with or around general contractor construction.
- 10 years' experience combined in the power, oil & gas, data center, and/or district energy industries.
- Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
This is a full-time position, requiring occasional travel to field sites and company headquarters. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
