Digital Field Services Project Manager

As a Digital Field Services Project Manager at Stellar Energy Americas Inc., you will be responsible for managing all aspects of small to medium complex projects from inception to conclusion. This includes generating and obtaining management approval of an execution plan, preparing and conducting project kick-off meetings, and reviewing and managing fulfillment of contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of project execution from contract signing to customer delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are met.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues that arise during the project life cycle.
- Ensure client deliverables are submitted in a timely manner.
- Manage project budgets and create detailed cash flow and man-hours usage to ensure the project stays on budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or management related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project and/or construction management in field operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and enterprise resource planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in construction, engineering, or management related discipline.
- 5 years experience with or around general contractor construction.
- 10 years' experience combined in the power, oil & gas, data center and/or district energy industries.
- Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
Work Environment:
This job generally operates in a professional office environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at fabrication shops and job sites. Job safety needs to always be considered the top priority.
Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 10-25 pounds.
Travel:
Travel is required back and forth from headquarters and around field sites. Fully remote position.
