About the Role

The Bookkeeping Manager will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our diversified portfolio of companies, including real estate development, property management, golf course, wedding venues, and CBD operations.

  • Developing a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
  • Perform weekly management of all accounts payable and receivable
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Complete required paperwork for Tax and Insurance Information

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years experience in bookkeeping and proficiency with Google Drive, Google Docs, and QuickBooks Online.
