Job Summary

ManTech is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support the Marine Corps in Stafford, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture views, including DoDAF architecture views, fit-for-purpose, fusion, and composite views as needed.
  • Identify, categorize, structure, and format architecturally relevant data from disparate sources and formats for use in the development, analysis, and optimization of the USMC PM Logistics Integrated Information Systems (LI2S) Portfolio.
  • Assist in the modeling and development of a wide variety of architectural visualizations for a range of stakeholder uses.
  • Work closely with Architects and Portfolio Engineers to assess the capabilities and effectiveness of the systems comprising the portfolio to identify areas and opportunities for optimization across the portfolio.
  • Provide analytics and insights from the architecture and technical baselines about the current state and the transition to recommended future states for the programs and portfolio.
  • Incorporate data analytic methods, tools, and AI-use cases as directed and appropriate to facilitate analysis of architectural data in support of portfolio optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience with the below (Additional 4 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree).
  • Enterprise architecture experience working with DoDAF solution architectures, segment/portfolio architectures or agency-level architectures in a DoD Environment.
  • Experience with other common architecture frameworks such as, The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Ministry of Defence Architecture Framework (MODAF), Zachman Framework, Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).
  • Experience with BPMN or other business process modeling methods.
  • Experience with any common architecture development tools including UNICOM (IBM) System Architect, ERWin Casewise Enterprise Architecture Suite (including ERWin Evolve Designer and Evolve Diagram Designer), Sparx Enterprise Architect, Dassault Systems Cameo modeling tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with DoD and the Marine Corps is desirable.
  • Ability to research and derive analytics and insights from integrated data sources.
  • Experience as part of an Agile project team desirable.
  • Experience working in depth with MS Excel, or MS Power BI or other BI analytics tools desired.
Clearance Requirements
  • Must have an active Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements
  • Sedentary Work.
