Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists is currently in search of a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to become a vital part of our team at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital.
Key Features of the Position:
- Collaborative care team model with supportive physician colleagues.
- Flexible shift options available: 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with no on-call requirements.
- Manage a diverse caseload across 13 locations, performing over 12,000 procedures each year.
- Attractive benefits package, including two retirement savings plans.
- Coverage for malpractice insurance and tail coverage.
- Generous Paid Annual Leave totaling 48 days, inclusive of Continuing Medical Education (CME) time.
- Up to 4 weeks of family medical leave offered.
- Competitive salary starting at $210,558 for new graduates, with annual increases from the second year onward.
- Sign-on bonus of $30,000 available.
- Potential for up to $5,000 in quality bonuses.
- Annual CME allowance of $3,000.
