Position Overview:

The Food & Beverage Operations Leader will oversee all facets of food and beverage services, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing the Market kitchen, daily service, and special events, while also maintaining cleanliness and restocking procedures. We seek an enthusiastic individual to enhance our concessions areas and deliver consistent, top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage all operations related to food and beverage services.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and lead the Food & Beverage team.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and maintain the POS and online systems.
  • Implement efficient ordering processes for optimal cash management.
  • Engage with vendors and provide product recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with sales representatives and suppliers.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and sales targets.
  • Analyze financial and inventory reports to meet budget expectations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support as needed.
  • Operate cash registers and manage daily financial transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining and concession areas.
  • Ensure proper food handling and temperature controls.
  • Assist with event preparations, including guest check-in and space setup.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Experience with cash register operations and cash handling.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Preferred experience in customer service roles.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to various weather conditions and cleaning chemicals.
  • Willingness to engage in tasks that may require climbing or balancing.
