Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a skilled Litigation Legal Assistant to provide essential support within our client's Seattle office. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five years of expertise in civil litigation, particularly within casualty litigation and insurance sectors. This position is crucial for ensuring the effective management of case details and compliance with all relevant court deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in the preparation for trials, hearings, and various legal proceedings.
  • Oversee electronic filings while ensuring adherence to Washington state and federal court regulations.
  • Maintain and systematically organize case files, documents, and evidence.
  • Manage docketing and scheduling to ensure all legal deadlines are met reliably.
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and manage client communications with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Proficient knowledge of Washington state and federal court rules and procedures.
  • Strong secretarial skills, including typing, transcribing, and editing legal documents.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and familiarity with Net Docs is preferred.

Compensation: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually
