Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Utilize a range of tools and equipment to perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hotel staff, management, and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal hotel performance.
- Pool Certification and A/C Experience: Possess current pool certification and experience with air conditioning systems.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent GED required; 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of computer software, preferably facilities management software.
