Job Summary

As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist at Absolics Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of electrical and program of process equipment. This includes standardizing equipment management, creating maintenance manuals, training and supervising equipment operators, and responding to equipment failures.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Create and manage accurate maintenance manuals and equipment documentation.
  • Train and supervise equipment operators to ensure they have the necessary skills to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Respond to electrical and program failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Manage spare materials and tools to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Manage electrical drawings and documentation for equipment.
  • Manage programs and parameters of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven personnel management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and skilled CAD drawings, PLC/HMI, C language, and electrical system diagrams.

Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of process technology and relevant industry standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process technology.
