About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Bubba Gump. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and maintain a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Utilize leadership skills to motivate employees and drive cost control and labor management.
  • Inspect the establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations.
  • Ensure accurate paperwork, including daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
  • Extensive front of house knowledge and advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Stable and progressive work history and a strong work ethic.
What We Offer
  • A comprehensive training program to support your growth and development.
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
