Franklin Street is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our team in Tampa through the DoD SkillBridge Program.
This role is open to all ranks, enlisted or officer, and is designed to help our nation's service members transition from active duty to civilian life. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing the recruitment process, tracking key metrics, and ensuring compliance with all recruiting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment process, including requisitions, postings, screenings, interview setups, and background checks
- Track key recruiting metrics and build reports using our reporting tool
- Ensure all recruiting procedures are compliant and submit EEO reporting
- Maintain up-to-date job postings and ensure compliance throughout the recruiting process
- Assist with recruitment budgets and execute Franklin Street's 5-star on-boarding experience
- Work on special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting, administrative, and/or coordinator experience required
- On-boarding experience preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Collaborative, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner
- Experience and ability to be a self-starter and work productively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required; knowledge of ATS preferred
- Must exhibit a sincere outgoing manner that inspires trust, confidence, and respect
- Strong analytical experience – able to collect and interpret data-based measurements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
- Capable of working professionally with various departments and fostering teamwork
DoD SkillBridge Eligibility:
- Currently an active duty service member
- Is within 4 to 12 months of separation or retirement
- Will receive an honorable discharge
- Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS
- Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
- Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to the start of the internship
- Meets DoD SkillBridge Qualifications as per DODI
