This role is open to all ranks, enlisted or officer, and is designed to help our nation's service members transition from active duty to civilian life. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing the recruitment process, tracking key metrics, and ensuring compliance with all recruiting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute recruitment process, including requisitions, postings, screenings, interview setups, and background checks
  • Track key recruiting metrics and build reports using our reporting tool
  • Ensure all recruiting procedures are compliant and submit EEO reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date job postings and ensure compliance throughout the recruiting process
  • Assist with recruitment budgets and execute Franklin Street's 5-star on-boarding experience
  • Work on special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruiting, administrative, and/or coordinator experience required
  • On-boarding experience preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Collaborative, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner
  • Experience and ability to be a self-starter and work productively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required; knowledge of ATS preferred
  • Must exhibit a sincere outgoing manner that inspires trust, confidence, and respect
  • Strong analytical experience – able to collect and interpret data-based measurements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
  • Capable of working professionally with various departments and fostering teamwork

DoD SkillBridge Eligibility:

  • Currently an active duty service member
  • Is within 4 to 12 months of separation or retirement
  • Will receive an honorable discharge
  • Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS
  • Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
  • Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to the start of the internship
  • Meets DoD SkillBridge Qualifications as per DODI
