Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Home Health Aide and Caregiver to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support and care to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, including meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
  • Transport clients to appointments and errands, providing safe and reliable transportation
  • Offer companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their mental and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds safely and unassisted
  • Mobile smartphone with Android or iPhone capabilities
  • Compliance with FL Home Health Agency employee requirements
  • High school graduate or GED certificate preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish and English skills a plus
