Job Summary:
Gray Television, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Account Executive to join our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and enhancing customer relationships, generating new revenue, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a strategic business plan to meet and exceed revenue goals and targets.
- Develop advertising solutions for new customers that deliver results.
- Upsell customers by providing proof of performance and solid results.
- Work target accounts in the pipeline and replenish as needed.
- Source extra accounts and conduct needs analysis and account reviews.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and value to customers.
- Effectively negotiate with customers to meet a winning return on investment.
- Collaborate with the Traffic Manager to provide timely and accurate traffic instructions.
- Create and deliver formal written and verbal presentations to clients.
- Use CRM to manage day-to-day activity, build a pipeline, and ensure execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- No outside sales experience required, but preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
