- Round checks and medication administration are key responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
- Communicate effectively with family members, providing education and support to promote patient understanding and empowerment.
- Take ownership of patient care, coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- A degree or diploma from an accredited Registered Nursing Program is required.
- Registered Nurse License is also required.
- Students in the process of completing an accredited nursing program or obtaining a Registered Nursing License are also eligible.
