Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Shuttle Bus Driver to transport staff, patients, and visitors of Mass General Brigham on established routes throughout the Boston area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport staff, patients, and visitors on established routes
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers on the vehicle
  • Assist elderly and/or handicapped passengers
  • Board and disembark from the vehicle
  • Obey all state and federal traffic laws while driving
  • Follow all Mass General Brigham policies and procedures
  • Report unsafe and/or defective equipment immediately to supervisor
  • Report to supervisor any and all motor vehicle-related incidents
Requirements
  • Current valid Massachusetts Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with passenger endorsement and a clean, safe driving record
  • At least 5 years of professional driving experience
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Must be at least 25 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
  • Massachusetts Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with passenger endorsement
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required
  • At least 5 years of professional driving experience
