This Neonatal/Pediatric Transport RN will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill children during transportation, utilizing advanced clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric critical care.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care, from sending and receiving facilities.
To qualify, you must have:
A minimum of 3 years of ICU or ED experience, with EMT experience preferred.
PALS/NRP/ACLS/EMT certification required within the first year of employment, and CCRN certification within 2 years.
BSN degree required.
This role includes day/night rotating 12-hour shifts, every third weekend.
*Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for new hires (who have not worked at BCH in the past 2 years).
