  • Overseeing the quality, timeliness, and manner in which repair services are executed and delivered.
  • Fostering a cohesive team environment with a positive attitude among all body shop personnel.
  • Recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating the performance of all technicians and body shop staff.
  • Directing and scheduling the activities of all technicians, assigning tasks that align with their skill sets.
  • Regularly assessing actual performance and identifying reasons for any discrepancies.
  • Providing technical support, supervision, and assistance to technicians as required.
  • Ensuring that all repair work is completed accurately and within an acceptable timeframe.
  • Maintaining awareness of current and anticipated market conditions.
  • Staying informed about all federal, state, and local regulations impacting operations.
  • Aiming for and sustaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Coordinating the resolution of customer complaints while prioritizing customer satisfaction and departmental profitability.
  • Adhering to and enforcing all safety policies and procedures consistently.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in collision management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of structural collision repairs.
  • Understanding of DRP processes for insurance claims.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to remain composed under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and motivational capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to adapt to changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism and reliability.
