Position Summary

DG Partnership is a leader in providing innovative flooring solutions tailored for the Commercial and Multi-Family construction sectors. We are currently in search of a meticulous and highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team.

In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of our projects, ensuring seamless execution from initial planning through to project completion. You will collaborate closely with our sales, installation, and procurement departments to guarantee that all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget constraints, and meet our stringent quality benchmarks.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Project Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to define project scope, schedule installation teams, and facilitate introductory meetings with contractors.
  • Project Execution: Oversee material logistics, perform quality assurance inspections, monitor project timelines for invoicing, process crew payments, and manage any project modifications.
  • Project Completion: Wrap up project details, including final inspections, material returns, and necessary documentation. Handle final billing processes.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Conduct moisture assessments, coordinate material shipments, and resolve project-related claims.
