Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions and recommending products and services to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Service: Assist customers in person and over the phone, processing sales transactions accurately and consistently meeting sales goals.
  • Relationship Building: Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain precise work order files and formulas, pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean store equipment, stock shelves, and set up displays to maintain a presentable store environment.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Load and unload delivery trucks, assist with making deliveries as needed, and maintain in-stock conditions of assigned areas.
  • Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers.
  • Inventory Control: Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Paint Industry Experience: Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Equipment Operation: Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
  • Spanish Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
