About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Loss Prevention Investigator to join our team at Sephora, a leading luxury beauty retailer and part of the LVMH group. As a Store Loss Prevention Investigator, you will play a critical role in protecting our stores' assets and ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveillance and investigations to identify and prevent external theft, as well as internal theft through exception-based reporting and collaboration with District Loss Prevention Managers.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits, and testify in court as needed.
  • Heighten store LP awareness by attending and participating in store meetings, new hire trainings, and continuous Beauty Advisor training.
  • Provide support and work in multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.
  • Demonstrate Sephora's values: Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift.
  • Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements (as required by state or local jurisdiction).
  • Adherence to Sephora's dress code and other policies in the Sephora Employee Handbook.
