Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading and supervising a team to achieve high standards of performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
