Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to prepare legal documents and facilitate transactions.
- Conduct client and expert witness interviews to gather relevant case information.
- Draft a wide range of legal documents, including discovery and summary judgment motions, appellate briefs, affidavits, memoranda, and correspondence.
- Investigate and collect facts to address discovery requests and legal inquiries.
- Conduct legal research, compile data, and provide detailed analysis to support casework.
- Organize and manage legal files for up to 100 active cases, ensuring timely updates and accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in case preparation at every stage, including discovery, trial, and post-trial activities.
- Attend trials, prepare jury instructions, organize trial binders, and manage exhibits.
- Provide general administrative support, ensuring legal files are properly maintained and updated.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience handling high-conflict and high-asset family law cases.
- ABA-approved paralegal certification required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience filing in Washington (Clark County preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Centerbase (preferred).
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Versatile and adaptable.
- Strong research abilities and demonstrated expertise in legal analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Details: $62,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
