Job Title: Estate Planning Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Estate Planning Specialist to join our client's team in Vancouver, Washington. As an Estate Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients analyze their estate plans and make informed decisions about their financial futures.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex legal documents, such as Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, to identify opportunities that align with clients' goals.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Planning team, Investment Counselors, and Tax Managers to provide comprehensive estate planning solutions.
  • Apply your expertise to benefit both clients and internal partners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Engage with clients to collect essential estate and trust documents, as well as other pertinent estate planning details.
  • Handle daily interactions with clients and team members through calls, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the trust and estate planning industry.
  • Proven experience in handling complex estates and a thorough understanding of trusts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with clients.
  • Skilled in managing sensitive materials and information with confidentiality.
