We are seeking a highly skilled CDL Class A Driver to join our team at Dawn Foods. As a Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods to customers in a timely and safe manner.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle, using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Interact with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and communicate with dispatch to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Class A CDL license in good standing.
- At least 6 months of experience as a commercial driver.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to operate MHE equipment.
- Experience delivering to food service accounts is preferred.
