Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our Fulfillment Center operation team. This individual will be responsible for the operation of specific warehouse division activities, including production duties, inventory management, safety management, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the supervisor in providing operational support in a specific warehouse division with 10-50 associates, ensuring safety and 5S protocols are followed.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot warehouse equipment and utilities.
  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems.
  • Have knowledge of WMS and identify warehouse system improvements.
  • Assist in ensuring standards for product quality, equipment, and operator performance are maintained.
  • Perform daily Kaizen and continuous operation improvement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of management experience in a manufacturing, production, or e-commerce operation.
  • Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and lean techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • High school degree or above.
