We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at The Residence at Orchard Grove. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist residents with medications and maintain accurate records.
- Engage residents in meaningful interactions and activities, promoting socialization and cognitive stimulation.
- Monitor residents' needs and preferences, reporting any changes to the RN or designee.
- Participate in on-going in-service training programs and maintain current certifications.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent training/experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
- Experience in caring for seniors with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia is preferred.
- Competitive wages starting at $20-$22/hour based on experience.
