As a Senior Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to support our enterprise and major clients in the South Florida region, reporting directly to the regional Manager of Solutions Engineering. You will collaborate closely with regional account executives to transform our clients' perspectives on cloud security. Acting as their trusted advisor, you will guide them through all aspects of cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Our passion lies in technical sales and empowering our clients to derive maximum value from our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver technical expertise to our clients and prospects, contributing to the achievement of quarterly sales objectives.
  • Conduct presentations for clients and potential clients, including whiteboard sessions, product demonstrations, and proof of value presentations.
  • Assist clients in developing comprehensive test plans to showcase the benefits of the Wiz platform within their environments.
  • Dedicate time to learning about new product features, industry trends, and enhancing your overall technical capabilities.
  • Represent Wiz at technical forums, including trade shows, meetups, and industry events.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional demonstrations and training experiences to our channel partners.
  • Thorough understanding of the technical sales process.
  • Ability to thrive in a creative technical role, aiding partners in establishing a technical business delivery model.
  • Experience in a sales engineering capacity, providing solutions to C-level executives at enterprise organizations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Expertise in cloud security.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Background in network engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and container technologies.
  • Familiarity with risk-based security assessments and frameworks.
  • Understanding of cloud identity, access management, certificates, and keys.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with traditional Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools.
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Awareness of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles.
