Role Description

In this role, you will provide care to 5-6 residents in an adult family home setting. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Implementing personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Providing companionship and engaging clients in social activities.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Monitoring clients' health status and reporting any changes or concerns.
  • Collaborating with other caregivers and healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Salary and Benefits

You can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, plus opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

A CNA or HCA licence is required for this position.
