Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our team. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to our guests, including parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, and answering questions.
  • Operate a manual transmission vehicle and perform parallel parking.
  • Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries.
  • Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested.
  • Shuttle guests to approved locations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background and drug screen.
  • One month of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
