About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of daily execution of customer service, sales, and development of personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Store Management in daily shift management, including customer relations, inventory control, stock room, till/point of sale, procedural tasks, and paperwork.
  • Train and coach store associates to promote and execute team, store, and company performance.
  • Partner with management in planning, implementing, and executing change in regards to company initiatives to improve organizational performance.
  • Supervise shipments, deliveries, transfers of merchandise, and POS to produce accurate inventory results.
  • Seek to understand customer needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:

  • Availability during opening and closing hours, including mornings, days, and nights.
  • A minimum of 5 days of availability per week.
  • Availability on weekends and holidays.
  • A standard workweek of at least 30 hours.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with company policies.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $47,000 - $57,000 per year, with bonus opportunities based on store KPIs. Additionally, full-time management roles are eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401K, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off plans. Part-time management roles are eligible for the company's 401K plan.
