Responsibilities- Provide patient care according to the philosophy and standards of the Department of Nursing.
- Utilize appropriate clinical skills to integrate and implement the nursing process with the plan of care.
- Function as a clinical resource for the patient, consistently providing direction and support to ensure a focus on the team goals and patient-driven outcomes.
- Function within role expectations, delegate duties to other caregivers as required, and consistently provide appropriate supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Effective verbal, electronic, and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations
