Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Serving Excellence Director to lead our team of stewards, ensuring seamless operations and unparalleled service in our kitchens. The ideal candidate will prioritize attention to detail, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment using the dishwashing machine, load and unload it properly, and store items correctly.
  • Maintain a pristine environment by cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas, including ovens, steam kettles, mixers, drains, sinks, floors, and walls.
  • Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using the correct cleaning solutions.
  • Safely operate and maintain the silver burnishing machine, polish and sort silverware, and transport it according to a daily or weekly schedule.
  • Organize work assignments, make recommendations for training, performance evaluations, and discipline for stewards.
Requirements
  • Oral proficiency in English language is essential; bilingualism in Spanish is preferred.
  • The ability to operate, maintain, and clean dishwashing machines, sink, floor cleaning equipment, and silver burnishers.
  • High school education is preferred; previous experience in Stewarding or supervisory experience is required.
  • The position involves lifting heavy objects, pushing and pulling carts, and requires stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate must have legal work authorization in the United States.
